Since i will soon have 4 months of summer holiday (!!) I am thinking that I will finally try to make some clothes myself. I want to make simple tunic dresses and skirts in the a.p.c. style, in checked and liberty-type fabrics. I have yet to find really lovely patterns which aren’t too stuffy and old-fashioned most of the good ones seem to be Japanese and I don’t think my beginner skills could deal with that.
